Chef Alvaro Morales was born in Valencia, Spain, and at an early age moved to Madrid to begin his vocation to cook. He began working from the first step as a dishwasher in the city of Dublin, Ireland, with the luck of climbing the professional staircase until he came to the work of Sous Chef at an Italian restaurant. Right that his world was to be a chef, he returned to Spain to graduate in culinary arts. Have the opportunity to work in different countries and renowned restaurants with Michelin stars, having good fortune to work under orders from large national and international chefs. Winner of different tapas competitions as the master of the lid in Spain. Being one of those selected for the best Chef Spain contest. Winner of the first prize for the product Innovation at the most important Food Congress of the world Gulfood in (2017) Dubai. Innovitive time to work for several years for the Ortega family of the Inditex group as a private chef. Creator of different television projects for labor insertion for people with disabilities. Chef Alvaro Morales has experience in Spanish, Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian and French cuisine. Currently by writing a new chapter in his book of culinary experiences in Las Vegas United States with the Zorra Catering project . I hope you enjoy it

How much advance notice is required to reserve?

We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to guarantee availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute bookings if possible.

Of course! We strive to accommodate all dietary needs and food restrictions. Simply let us know your requirements and we will take care of the rest.
